So, went to the city today. It was a little bit drizzling in the morning.
First, a VAT meeting, where Abhi was telling us about how he's going to change the database tables containing meta info. The alternatives were - introduce new tables, or update the old ones. I bet you know the answer, and it's not that primitive. But anyway. I was sitting quiet.
Then the scrum meeting. When my turn came, I said, guys, I have a 9-day old pr, and looking for a reviewer. Josh immediately approved it. That was fast!
Then talked with Indranil a little bit. Seems like the plan of actions I wrote a month ago is now becoming a list of scrum items, and Indranil is supposed to rid our data puller from akka (which has nothing to do with the structure, functionality or architecture, it was just Marco's exercise in programming).
We went for lunch in some poshy restaurant, fiik where; I had a paella. Pretty nice, but last time I had a paella it was in Barcelona, half the price and three times bigger, and I don't know how many times better.
Ok, anyway. Krzysztof also approved my small pr; merged. Now, the bigger one approved, I ran integration tests before merging, and surprise! One fails. Merges and acquisitions. Now I'm clueless about wtf is going on. Investigating.
At 5:20 I went back to the train. It's about 30 minutes walk, in a nice weather.
